My Koopa Troopa amiibo arrived this week, and I think its name is in Russian?

I bought on Amazon (US) where it said "Japan Import" which it clearly isn't (which really doesn't matter either, it's the same figure regardless), but I was curious as to where this amiibo is from. I thought they didn't operate in Russia since the start of their invasion of Ukraine, and the back of the box just says "amiibo" like the newly printed ones do, which is why I'm curious.
