I just received my Kirby cafe waddle Dee and am having a few issues out the box.

The frying pan accessory won’t fit into the hand hole. I’ve trying taking a light amount of plastic off the inside of the pan with a knife but it’s still not fitting and I’m weary about ruining it if I’m going about it the wrong way.

Also the rubber ring on the inside of the hand has been put on poorly so that it bunches together and keeps it from being able to stick to the body.

I bought it from meccha japan and am not sure if I’m able to appeal to goodsmile customer service about this, or if that’s even an option now that I’ve tampered with a knife on one of the parts.

Would anyone have a solution to fix this myself, or know if I have a good chance of getting this resolved with goodsmile?
