Am I supposed to peel off the blue overlay on the chrome circle? If I don’t it doesn’t stick to the water bit. Is there some other way to stick the two pieces together or are they supposed to stay loose? Any help is appreciated ???? I’m now regretting peeling off the plastic on the side that sits on the table because the chrome is all scratched up now
