Hello, I just wanted to some advice regarding a nendo I bought from Mercari. He was listed as “NEW/sealed”. When he arrived, the sticker looks like that, found 2 white furs on the plastic container, a short black hair on container(as you can see in the pic), the thin plastic on his face looks a little too disheveled(usually it’s laid neatly on their faces so you can see them easily), and the plastic bag that holds his other parts(like base, etc) has some other fur/fuzz on the tape. With all this being said, we should be 1000% sure he wasn’t a sealed nendo????. I did get him for a discounted price(listed for $90, paid $71.80, but paid $90 after everything). I know it’s an amazing discount, but I would NOT have paid even $30 total for him opened because I did NOT want an opened/displayed Yamada. I wanted a NEW one.

So how do I go about this? Do I contact mercari 1st? I feel scammed and lied to! They even told me it was sealed repeatedly. I want to return this:( How much money do I lose out on if I return him? Please help, and thank you!
