I bought this Snow Miku 2023 new from GSCUS as I go to remove the hair piece to get rid of the plastic the plastic joint just gives up and tears.

First time ever experiencing this with a modular piece.

The other hair piece was fine but the left side just gave up is this considered a defect or am I screwed and what should I do.
