The added protein gives more flavor and texture to the mostly-noodle dish. Used the official Nongshim cooking procedure through I used the entire Neoguri packet. Seasoned the beef with only black and white pepper before cooking the noodles after on the same semi-cleaned pot. Apologies for the messy plating as I was about to eat straight after cooking.
