Ichiju sansai-ish, How did I do?
| I’m coming off a long juice fast (83 days) and this is day 5 of refeed, I have Nori, cucumber salad, soy marinate tilapia, turkey neck pho with blanched cabbage “noodles”, and chamomile tea.
