Attempted Tuna Kimchi Jjigae

Attempted Tuna Kimchi Jjigae

I’m not a great cook and don’t have any experience cooking Korean food (and barely any experience eating it), but I had a bit of kimchi left from a big jar from Costco that seemed pretty well fermented, so I looked up what to do with it and this came up.

I found a recipe, picked up the ingredients from the Asian grocery store (and now have enough anchovy sauce and gochugaru to likely last me a lifetime, lol).

My tuna sunk before I remembered to take a picture, but it’s in the center.

I’m not sure if it tastes like it supposed to, but I thought it was really good. Now I’ll have something to look forward to every time I’m getting near the end of my jar of kimchi.
