Horse sashimi, Takefue, Minamioguni
Served with shoyu, grated ginger and grated garlic. Four different cuts of varying fattiness: the pieces on the right are pure fat from under the mane. It was sweet, tender and tasted very delicate. I’d definitely recommend it. [link] [comments] |
