Ordered a takeaway and only saw this after I got home, so I never had the chance to ask the shop. This is a cheap-ish takeaway place in Canada, if that matters. I’m more familiar with tuna sashimi being super red and meaty. This one is less firm, and does not feel like a chuu/ootoro, but taste wise is kinda tuna-y.
