A breakfast bento for tomorrow
I’m a person of convenience. I hate cooking, it takes energy, time, clean up etc. Anyways, I realized if I make stuff in advance (but I hate leftovers), it saves time and I actually have time at work in the morning when I get it to eat, so this is breakfast for tomorrow. Some schools have kids coming in right away to the nurses office, but my school is lower volume and I typically won’t get a kid until 10:00/10:30 am, so I can eat at my desk, go through emails, answer any, etc I don’t eat lunch because I eat when I get home at 4 pm, so it’s a combo of lunch and dinner. It’s a cucumber sandwich with a thin layer of butter on both sides, sliced cucumbers with a sprinkle of black sesame seeds, and two babybel cheeses. I’m getting an onigiri mold so I might change out the sandwich for onigiri, veg, and so on, and try different combos. [link] [comments] |
