Sundae-bokkeum with North European blood sausage

Did not have sundae.

Blood sausage in NL is filled with grain and chunks of fat, it is very solid and meant to be fried.

Used the Manchi recipe, with perilla leaves from our garden.

Worked very well, extremely tasty!
