Hi all I am about to make kimchi which I love and unfortunately the shop I use to get all my ingredients does not have gochugaru spice.

I got 3 different ones 1. Hot paprika 2. Hot paprika crushed 3. Cayenne pepper

Can I use one of these instead or even mix them I stead of using gochugaru??
