Trying to make ganjang gejang
I’ve been seeing so much spicy raw marinated crab content and I wanna try it so bad I love trying new things. I’m not from Korea and I don’t have any Korean friends. I’ve seen several videos on the marinade and how to clean and cook the crabs. I’ve noticed some use fresh but I’ve seen a lot of people use frozen. This was what I found at an h mart, I drove out kind of far hoping these would have it prepared but since they didn’t I did my best trying to source all the ingredients to make it, are these the correct ones to use?
