Roughly 20 years ago there was opened a first Korean style bbq in my home town and that was the first time I'd tried kimchi jjigae stew for the first time. For me it is a pinacle of a korean food and I cant have enough of it :) This one is fresh made and I just had my first bowl. (I like to add fres cold mungo sprouts to the bottom of my bowl when served). Took a picture to share with you guys and I am heading for my second bowl. When some one says the "korean food" what comes first to your mind? How do you usualy cook your kimchi jjigae?
