unagidon craving (homemade)

unagidon craving (homemade)

I had a craving for unagidon but unfortunately none of the Japanese restaurants in my area serve it… so I made it at home along with some miso soup. Not traditional by any means, but what’s great is that you can just put the sides you like - for me cucumber, pickled daikon, avocado and mango (I had mango in an unagi roll a while ago and it was so surprisingly delicious I couldn’t help myself! The sweet and salty mix is so good!)y
