Kimchi-jjigae, First time making
I am not of Korean ancestry , but gained a love of Korean food when I was much younger. I have been making more kimchi than I can eat (and eating kimchi every day!). This is my first time making Kimchi-jjigae with some of the more ripe batch. It was very simple and delicious. Thought I would share it here. [link] [comments] |
