First Time Making Tsukemen
| My first time making Tsukemen/Dipping Ramen. I didnt really follow a specific recipe, just what ingredients I had in hand (pork hock, pork femur, chicken backs, chicken feet, ginger, niboshi, bonito flakes, konbu, etc). Id like to give a shout to Ramen Lord and Way of Ramen as their videos gave me an idea of what to do. Noodles are the usual from Sun Noodles.
