Finally made it to Myung Ga in Gardena, and their Spicy Soon-dae Guk did not disappoint!

This is exactly what I needed. The broth is rich, super spicy, and packed with Soon-dae (blood sausage) and assorted meat cuts. It comes boiling hot in a stone bowl (뚝배기, ddukbaegi), and you can see how much chili powder is clinging to the rim! ????
