Tonight's dinner is Atka mackerel marinated in mirin/bean sprout namul/twice cooked pork/natto ✨ They may not seem very Japanese... But even so, there are a lot of different types of home cooking in Japan these days.

Twice cooked pork was originally a Chinese dish, but it has evolved and developed uniquely in Japan as a local Chinese dish.(It's similar to how ramen originated.)

今日の夕飯はほっけのみりん漬け/もやしのナムル/回鍋肉/納豆です✨日本感が薄いように見えるかも... でも日本の今の家庭料理はとても種類があるんだよ。

回鍋肉は元々中華料理ですが、日本で町中華として独自に変化発展していった料理です。(ラーメンと同じですね！)
