I'm getting hooked on bibimbap
| tofu marinated in a little sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and soy sauce, then fried till crispy, 5ish minutes sliced orange bell pepper, salted, fried 2 min green onion kimchi enoki mushrooms with soy sauce and sugar, fried 2 min soy bean sprounts, blanched, with salt, garlic, and toasted sesame oil diced green onion tops and some leftover red onion, salted, fried 1 min diced raw green onion whites sliced cucumber with salt, garlic, and toasted sesame oil, fried one minute two(badly) fried eggs and gochujang, sprinkled with sesame seeds all on top of regular plain white rice.
