Your best recipes using (or to go with) white kimchi
Hi! Lately I was craving kimchi but unfortunately ran out of gochugaru so I decided to make white kimchi! I’ve tried two different recipes. Both of jars are well fermented (to my taste), now I’m wondering what the best (or others’ favourite) way to consume it. Could you share your recipes, please? Also, I’m interested how to make cold noodles with it (naengmyeon, bibimguksu etc) using liquid from kimchi? [link] [comments] |
