I travelled to Tokyo about 10 years ago and had the best ramen of my life in a random shop in Roppongi. Do not remember the name as it was super local without any tourist, and everything was in Japanese. As shown in picture I think the main distinction is the deep fried garlic garnishing on top. Anyone knows where this is in Roppongi? I think it was near a train station. There was a hostess bar/ red light district very near by and the security told us to go here for the best ramen ????
