I’ve been on a mayak egg kick lately

Don’t mind the poor plating, I just wanted to eat ????

I’ve been playing with different recipes, first time I used too much soy sauce so it was overly salty. This time I think I used too much water and it diluted the flavors a bit.

But a squirt of kewpie mayo and ladling some of the sauce into the rice just makes it ????
