Got bored today and tried to incorporate your feedback. I freshly sharpened my knife and used less rice. Cutting is still uneven. The maki are from top to bottom left to right in order of preparation. I hope this does not feel spammy. I won’t have so much time anyways to make sushi every day so hopefully you are okay with posts every couple days.
