First time making Bibimbap
| You can’t see all the ingredients because I have 1.) apparently used the wrong type of bowl. And 2.) the egg was so big it kinda covered everything. But I used: • White Rice • Marinated ribeye Bulgogi (sautéed with minced garlic, grated apple, and a drizzle of honey) • Zucchini (sautéed with minced garlic) • Spinach (Blanched then tossed with a splash of sesame oil) • Mushrooms (sautéed with sesame oil, and soy sauce) • and a sunny side up egg (I’m so bad at making these. I’m getting better but ugh it’s so hard) For the Gochujang Sauce I used: • Gochujang • Low sodium soy sauce • Sesame Oil • Minced Garlic • Rice Vinegar • Honey • Water I never made Bibimbap before, but it was delicious and I will definitely make it again! I just enjoy cooking for my family, and it was worth the effort. I didn’t find it difficult per se, but there was a lot of things cooking at the same time so it stretched me to the limit with my ability to juggle tasks in the kitchen. I’m not a professional, just a novice who enjoys sharing good food with my family. [link] [comments] |
