Easy (vegan) bento
Stir fried carrot and potato, marinated mushrooms, spicy chili oil black beans, spicy chickpeas, rice. Everything in the top box only takes 5 minutes to make and then lasts in the fridge all week (arguably tasting better and better as it gets to sit). I like preparing my lunches the morning of rather than the night before but I don't like spending more than 15-20 minutes focused on it. [link] [comments] |
