First "successful" attempt at homemade maki with smoked Kirk…
| These are actually the better looking pieces of two different rolls I made. My only problem is the pieces ended up being quite large. It's the 4th attempt overall, which makes this actually a very cost-effective replacement to going to a sushi restaurant every week or so to satisfy my cravings, because unfortunately sushi here in Puerto Rico isn't as good, nor as cheap as other places.
