![]() | Honestly don’t know what kind of crack I was smoking when I created this dish in 23’ Butterflied and grilled Red mullet with crispy scales on dashi tamago ankake, furikake and steamed rice. Mistuba and Kinome salad garnish. Finished with sprayed mirin, sake and white shoyu. Will have this on my own menu one day. Banger ???? [link] [comments] |
