Nothing beats homemade kimchi
| Took about 2 full days on the counter top to ferment to how I like it best (that still slightly bubbly effervescent stage). Added more red pepper flakes and got my hands on a daikon radish so it’s spicier than my usual but I really, really like how it came out ! [link] [comments] |
