For those that don’t know Shakshuka is a North African and Mediterranean dish made with stewed tomatoes, peppers, onions and you poach an egg in the liquid. It’s delicious and served with bread or pita. But I had no bread or pita.

Enter the ramen. I cooked and drained most of rhe liquid, threw the rest on top and poached an egg. Sprinkled feta on top and ate like a poverty king.
