Tori Miso ramen with char siu.
| This was my first time trying miso ramen and I found the broth a bit bitter and odd. The pork was kind of dry as well but was seasoned good and it tasted good too. I also enjoyed all the vegetables there were chives, mushrooms, corn and bamboo shoots. I loved the texture and flavor of all the veggies, especially the bamboo.
