Made ramen for the first time ever today. I used the pack of ramen noodles that Costco sells. Not too bad for my first time I’d say. Need to get some fish sauce, though the oyster sauce worked. I don’t have any meat to go with with it, so I paired it with some crab cakes with homemade dipping sauce and pork egg rolls.
