Soondae and bibim guksu for lunch

Easy bibim guksu with extra spicy gochugaru from my family in Korea. The soondae is frozen Wooltari brand, and it's actually really good. I waited about 3-4 minutes after cooking before cutting into it with a sharp knife but I think if I waited another 3-4 minutes it would have cut more cleanly. It doesn't come with salt, but you can just use your own! Nice, easy lunch when you're short on time.
