Craved sushi today, but there aren't many options around here (I'm in western PA right now, but I'm from an area where we have many great sushi restaurants). This was the chef's choice sashimi dinner, pretty mediocre but it did at least satisfy me. The second set of salmon threw me off, and then I tasted it and realized it was smoked salmon which caught me by surprise, though it was tasty.

I think it is salmon, tuna, escolar, snapper, smoked salmon, hamachi.
