Didn't even think of getting a before picture, just the during. Started out as 3 full rolls, brought the cutting board into the living room to eat, just to disgust the wife. ???? One kinda "California roll"-ish spicy surami, two salmon with different experimental fillings, cucumber, Kewpie mayo, cream cheese, in various combinations. Only able to finish a little over 2 rolls, and I'm stuffed. Better tasting than some places I've been, certainly messier to make that expected. Will certainly give it another try.
