Tonight’s ramen ????
About a month ago I made a huge batch of clear chicken broth, tonkotsu broth, chashu and a whole bunch of other toppings. Froze everything in portion sizes so now whenever I have a ramen craving I can just pull out a few components and heat them up. I do always make the eggs, noodles, and green onion fresh of course, but it’s still very quick and convenient. [link] [comments] |
