Paitan
Tori paitan with sake-shio tare and chiyu. Sous vide chicken breast, spinach, nori, ajitama and green onion. Noodles made yesterday and left to rest a room temp. Tare was made from ramen lords book and it was awesome. Chicken breast was Sous vide then cooled and sliced with a super quick pan fry. Plating isn’t the best. Thanks for looking! [link] [comments] |
