Found this cool little terraced bar setup on Amazon the other day and had to pull the trigger. Daily pours up front/side (OF 86,100 and WT101 on the right) “global” pours in the middle, and since I’m a sucker for Ryes in the fall, they take top billing. Will probably mix and match a bit over the coming days, but feel like this actually covers most of the obvious bases. The hardest call was going with the Green Spot over the Redbreast 12 cask strength, but the shortbread/apple note in GS will always have my heart.
