Two white rums: 1 Oz each in a Glencairn glass let rest 10 minutes before tasting. First the 3 star for me was simple but clean, has a sugar and light spice flavor that goes very well in a daiquiri. Second the Probitas was a much better sipping rum than the 3 star with brown sugar and candied bananas flavor. Unfortunately in a daiquiri I did not appreciate the Probitas as much as the 3 star owing to the warm/burnt sugar and slightly industrial taste of the Probitas over the clean and crisp flavors of the 3 star.
