What makes a good model vs a great model?

What makes a good model vs a great model?

I have been working on this 1/72 scale P51 of the Nooky Booky II. While I think it's coming along nicely, I'm already disappointed in the overall plane.

I scroll this sub and look for inspiration but always fall short of what the desired outcome is. I know we're our own worst critiques with modeling but I'm really curious what you feel separates a good model from a great one.
