I’m past the 2 year milestone of building Gunpla, and foil stickers are still the bane of my building skills. Seriously, I’ve moved onto airbrushing, and waterslides give me no problems, but when it comes to head camera and eye stickers, they either get scratched or misaligned (unless I get lucky first try).

It’s been the same with all my RGs— Unicorn Perfectibility, Hi-Nu, and now the Impulse Spec II. I haven’t gotten the eye stickers on without having issues, especially when it comes to scratching the metallic eyes. Apparently I haven’t learned much.

I’m really happy that many MGs have separated clear parts for the eyes. Unfortunately, we’re not getting many new ones! I’ve also heard that the RG Gramps 2.0 comes with color separated eyes, so thank goodness for that.

You can’t tell from afar anyways, but I’m a perfectionist when it comes to the details, unfortunately. I’ve only been using metal tweezers (which is probably my issue), and I feel like there’s a much better way to do this. Any tips are appreciated, thank you.
