First time going slightly above and beyond with a kit. Gold paint for the inner frame, used a clear flat coat for the white pieces and gloss for the color pieces. Think it looks pretty good so far. There are some spots where I didn’t get full coverage with the gold paint but all in all happy with results so far. RG RX-78-2 v2 for those wondering.
