Morning All, just unboxed some old model kits that I left unbuilt as I went to college and started working. Getting back into the hobby almost a decade and a half later but a number of these kits have yellowed out decals. I read somewhere that exposing them to UV might make them white again, while others have claimed eventually they’ll become yellow again. Does anyone have their experience to share? I might try dragging out some UV light I use to hasten the growth of plant seedlings if I can somehow find it… But this also leads to another question, if decals do eventually yellow out, is there anything you can do to prevent or slow down the yellowing on completed models?
