Hello, beginner modeler here!

I don’t have any friends who are into modeling, so I thought I’d share my excitement here. I received my Yamato 1/350 veryfire dx version yesterday!

In 2021, I built the Yamato from Tamiya ( basic version ) and added photoetch from Eduard, but I moved country so I had to leave it behind. Anyway, this time, I’m taking on a bigger challenge with the more complete dx version from Veryfire. I’m excited about the build, but I’ll also face some new challenges.

On another note, I don’t have an airbrush, so I’ll be hand-painting all the small parts and using can spray for the larger ones. Wish me luck! Will post my progress over the next year. :)
