Pic unrelated it's an old build I got 2nd place in the local competition with. So my best friend wants to get into gunpla. I've been building for years, both gunpla and 40k. She heard me yap about how fun the hobby is, and I might get her a kit for her birthday this year. I feel like an HG would be right in the middle so it's also friendly to someone who has never built a kit before,but also not as simple as an EG or an SD. What kit would you all suggest ? I feel like maybe something from the build series should be a fun first kit, while also having the option to kitbash with the leftover parts.
