I recently bought a second hand "As New" Gquuux Red Gundam from Amazon. As I opened the box, I went through the content of the box, the manual was on the top of the runner (not a good sign) then under it is a pre-opened bag of runners which contained Runner H and it was strip off its content. I have already opened the box and did not filmed this. So what can I do to resolve this?
