It's my first time using mr hobby aqueous gundam paints. I tested a pour type marker on this spoon that I scribed but the panel liner mixes with the paint.The panel liner smeared all over the paint and I can't remove it. I also tried used 90% isopropyl alcohol to rub the excess off but it's removing the paint.

Is there any way to prevent the panel liner from mixing with the paint. Should I use a different panel liner for mr hobby aqueous paints? Should I use water instead of alcohol to remove the excess panel liner even if water takes really long to remove the panel liner?
