A member of our club is heading back home to the UK, so we wanted to send him off with something to remember us by. He's a huge pervert for Exia, and in Maryland we're huge perverts for the state flag and Old Bay, so I married them together. The Old Bay GN particle effect looks cape-like, but it's a funnel coming off the back (I trimmed it down since it looked goofy, but didn't bother retaking the picture). I don't have steady hands for painting, so I made waterslides for all the flag stuff.
