New to Gunpla - Need advice on whether to try a Perfect Grade or not
| Never build a Gunpla kit, but I've I've been building models for over 50 years so am pretty experienced. Anyway, recently I saw Adam Savage build a RX-782 Perfect Grade Unleashed kit and I really want to build it. However, when I looked into it, some say its really hard and to start out with an easier kit. But others say it is no difficult to build than a master grade or high grade, just more parts and more time-consuming. I'm strongly leaning toward the latter, so think I will jump right in and pick one up. From watching Adam Savage's build and others, it looks fairly easy to me. I mean, no glue?! ;) Your thoughts? Edit: Thank you everyone! After some thought, I decided to go for a RG RX-78-02 2.0 and ordered one from Amazon. It arrives next week. I'll consider that a test run. Now should i buy the fancy God Hand nippers...? ;) [link] [comments] |
